About Our Candles
What are Wicks of Wit candles made of?
All Wicks of Wit candles are made with 100% soy wax, a natural and eco-friendly alternative to paraffin. We use premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and every candle features a 100% cotton wick. They are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free — and hand poured right here in the USA.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles burn for up to 70 hours. Each candle is 12.5 oz, 3.3 inches high and 3 inches wide. To maximize burn time, trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to reach a full melt pool on the first burn.
What scents are available?
Most candles come in multiple scent options including Cinnamon Vanilla, Beach Rose, Clean Cotton, and Unscented. Scent availability varies by product — check the individual product page for the full list of options.
Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Yes. Our 100% soy wax formula burns cleaner than paraffin with minimal soot. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, keep away from drafts and flammables, never leave unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Stay tuned — international shipping may be coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your candle. If something is not right, please visit our Returns Policy page or reach out through our Contact page and we will make it right.
My candle arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement right away.
