Returns Policy

At Wicksofwit, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility & Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, and tags).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@wicksofwit.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
  4. Please pack your goods in the original packaging if possible and enclose information so that we can assign your return. Take the package to a shipping company of your choice and send the package at your own expense to the following address:

    As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will immediately refund the amount according to the payment method you used for the order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or provide an explanation if not approved.
  • If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Email support@wicksofwit.com with photos and your order number before sending anything back. If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement or a store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • Use a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (where applicable):

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable/digital products and gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve it quickly.
